Call for customized training

All U.S companies must comply with the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).

Trade Resources & Associates will provide training to your employees to insure compliance with Export Administration Regulations and the Foreign Trade Statistics Regulations (FTSR).

Instructors will guide seminar attendees through the export classification process, license determination, export clearance and record keeping requirements.

The training will also cover how to establish an Export Management System (EMS) which will include screening elements such as Denied Person, Diversion-Risk, and Proliferation. Attendee will learn how to write an Export Compliance Policy statement and export procedures.

Be aware when your company might be in jeopardy of violation of the EAR and when your company should notify the Office of Export Enforcement.

Insure your company has knowledge of the EAR and has internal controls in place to prevent violations of the EAR that could cost the company and its stakeholders millions of dollars in penalties.
